​Your Path to Mental Fitness: The PQ Program Journey

This program is designed to help you build sustainable habits for a mentally fitter life. It combines the structured Positive Intelligence® program via a user-friendly app with live, interactive group coaching sessions facilitated by Ianto Doyle. 
This 8 week journey guides you in building strength in the three core muscles of Mental Fitness:

  1. Intercept Your Saboteurs: Learn to identify and weaken your specific "Saboteurs" – the automatic patterns of thought, feeling, and belief that undermine your well-being and effectiveness. These are: Judge, Avoider, Controller, Hyper-Achiever, Hyper-Rational, Hyper-Vigilant, Pleaser, Restless, Sticker, and Victim. Gain insight into what triggers them and how they impact your life. 
  2. Strengthen Your Sage: Discover how to access your "Sage" perspective – your innate wisdom and higher self. Learn the 5 Sage Powers of Empathise, Explore, Innovate, Navigate, Activate and how to apply them to challenges, turning them into opportunities.
  3. Build PQ Brain Muscles: Develop the capacity for "PQ Reps" – simple, powerful exercises (often involving mindfulness and sensory awareness) that quiet the Saboteurs and activate the Sage and the PQ Brain regions associated with peace, focus, and clear-headed action.
Through consistent practice and supported group interaction, you integrate these elements, shifting from reactive "Saboteur" responses to empowered "Sage" responses in real-time.

Time & Energy: The program is designed to fit into a busy life, focusing on small, regular and consistent efforts woven into your daily life. 
  • 8 weekly Zoom sessions.
  • 20 minutes daily mindful practices and daily focus sessions.
  • 1 hour deeper study audios weekly at weekends on the app and related activities

​Financial: I am committed to making this life-changing program accessible, as I am very aware of the massive growing wealth inequality and most peoples financial challenges. 
  • Course costs: £1200 full cost for the facilitated 8 week series and 1 years subscription to the app. Or £825 when you get the app directly through PQ (not facilitated by a coach).

  • Bursaries available: Ianto is currently offering this program at a substantially reduced rate through bursaries compared to the standard value. This offer is available on a sliding scale pricing by bursaries being available for low income people. This is based on self-assessed wealth and income which will be explained fully when you apply.

A bespoke service where you get the full course and package delivered to you individually. This is based on assessment, and if you would benefit from an intensive game changing focus on your particular needs. We can acclerate the implementation and integration of PQ into your life and work.

  • Personal Check-ins: Receive three personal check-ins of 20 minutes with Ianto Doyle during the course to help maintain momentum and address any personal challenges.
  • Comprehensive App based resource: A guide packed with exercises, reflections, summaries, and resources to deepen your understanding and practice.
  • Actionable Daily Practices: Simple, short activities integrated into the app of 20 mins daily designed to build lasting habits without overwhelming your busy schedule. 
  • Weekly Deep Dive: Home study videos and resources 1-1.5 hours weekly, released each weekend to orientate you for the coming weeks daily practices and deepen your learning.
  • Valuable Resource Library: Access to supplementary materials for continued learning are within the app. 
  • The Book is readily available: on paper or as an audio in the app. 
  • Staying Connected: Option to join a supportive community after the program for ongoing practice and connection. Continue to deepen your mental fitness, explore advanced applications of PQ concepts, and gain ongoing support in navigating life's complexities.

Hello, I'm Ianto Doyle. 
​

I am passionate about helping people like you navigate life's complexities with more joy and less stress. As a father myself of 2 thriving young adults and through four decades of working with adults, parents, children and young people in various capacities, I've seen firsthand the impact of our inner world on our external lives and relationships.
My background includes working in the private, non profit, self employed sectors.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • Who is this course for? Anyone over 18 looking to reduce stress, improve relationships, enhance performance, increase well-being.
  • How is the course delivered? (Online via the PQ App and Zoom).
  • What if I can't make a live Zoom session? Recordings of the session be available for you. 
  • What is the group size? Up to 6 participants, so that there is time for each one of you. 
  • What happens after the course? There is ongoing app access for 12 months. You can join a community of PQ’ers to continue sharing this journey with.
  • Is this therapy? No, it's mental and emotional fitness coaching based on psychological principles.
  • If I need extra support for my issues? You can book individual sessions with Ianto at my usual cost. 
  • Can I do it with my spouse or partner? In principle yes, however we need to work out what would be best for you both. We can discuss whether to do it together or in different groups. If just one of you is doing it, please share the journey with them as much as you wish. 
  • How is this different from just using the app on my own? The completion rate for solo self study app learning is about 3 - 15 %. When you are a part of a facilitated group you are 500% more likely to complete the course. (all my participants have completed) The small group will support you, help with deeper dives, encourage accountability and shared learning. The 3 personal check-ins with you during the course will help you keep on track and address issues. ​
